Job Summary

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our business‑critical systems. This role requires designing, implementing, and managing highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Anthos, Terraform, Kubernetes, ISTIO, and ArgoCD.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes multi‑region deployments to ensure optimal performance and reliability across geographical regions.
• Implement event‑driven autoscaling using KEDA and Knative for efficient resource utilization and cost optimization.
• Streamline build and deployment processes using Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and/or TeamCity to achieve continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Set up robust tracing and observability tools, such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger, to monitor system health, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including development, QA, and operations to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and improve system reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and container orchestration technologies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. · 10+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing business‑critical systems in production environments.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with GCP services including Anthos, Kubernetes Engine, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, etc.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for automating deployment and management tasks.
• Strong expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes, including ISTIO service mesh and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
• Experience with Kubernetes multi‑region deployments and disaster recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of event‑driven architectures and serverless computing using KEDA and Knative.
• Familiarity with build automation and CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and/or TeamCity.
• Google Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer) is preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a cross‑functional team environment.
