We’re uniquely positioned to create, market, and distribute content for a diverse client portfolio of top entertainment studios and major brands by combining storytelling expertise with large‑scale production resources. With content creation at the centre, we support our clients with strategy, creativity, and the latest digital services.

Sr. Designer/Editor is a hybrid creative powerhouse—part visual designer, part motion expert, part storyteller—responsible for producing world‑class, social‑first content that drives engagement and elevates brand presence. This role blends conceptual thinking, hands‑on design, and editorial craftsmanship to create impactful digital assets across static, motion, and video formats.

What you will do:
  • Lead the design and execution of visually compelling content across social, digital, and video platforms—from concept through final delivery.
  • Translate campaign strategies and creative briefs into standout visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Apply expert knowledge of platform formats, current trends, and evolving visual language to optimize content for maximum engagement.
  • Oversee motion, animation, and video editing—ensuring every frame, transition, and rhythm reinforces the story and brand.
  • Set the creative benchmark for quality and consistency across all deliverables, spanning typography and layout to animation and editorial rhythm.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and producers to bring integrated campaign ideas to life.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and editors, providing constructive feedback and fostering creative growth.
  • Stay culturally and digitally tuned‑in, bringing fresh ideas and trend‑forward thinking to every project.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail and deadlines.
About you:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, print, motion graphics, and video editing, ideally within an agency or in‑house creative team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms with particular emphasis on TikTok – including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
  • Passion for pop culture and entertainment brands, along with creativity, culture, and innovation in the digital space.
  • Proven ability to blend typography, layout, color, motion, and sound into cohesive and emotionally resonant storytelling.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design and motion work across digital and social media.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Passion for creativity, culture, and innovation in the digital space.
