A leading technology platform in Greater London seeks an experienced Demand & Field Marketing Manager. You will accelerate pipeline velocity and enhance deal size through targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, and possesses strong project management and communication skills. This hybrid role requires collaboration with sales teams and strategic planning to achieve business objectives.

The core objective of this role is to accelerate pipeline velocity and increase average deal size by executing custom campaigns that precisely target high‑priority accounts and key decision‑makers. This focused approach will shorten the average sales cycle and measurably improve qualified opportunity conversion rates. Furthermore, the Demand & Field Marketing Manager will ensure a cohesive, professional brand and content experience across all executive touchpoints, thereby building stronger brand authority and driving higher win rates. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Demand & Field Marketing.
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)
