About the role

As a Senior Account Delivery Manager (Sr. ADM) at SmartMedia Technologies (SMT), you will sit at the intersection of product delivery, client engagement, and strategic execution for one of our most important enterprise accounts. This hybrid role blends program management, strategic account leadership, and product strategy, with a core emphasis on Benefits & Offers within the Retail Banking and Consumer Card Payment Services (Loyalty) ecosystem.

You’ll own the account plan and product roadmap, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for the client while orchestrating internal teams across Product, Engineering, Creative, and Data. This role demands a leader who can think strategically, execute with precision, and translate complex client needs into scalable, data-driven product outcomes that drive loyalty and engagement.

What you'll do
Product & Delivery Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Statements of Work — from scoping through launch — with clear timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Translate client business goals into actionable product requirements that align with SMT’s capabilities.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks to scale successful pilots into standardized, multi-market rollouts.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary client contact, mapping stakeholders across global and regional teams.
  • Partner with clients to evolve their Benefits & Offers portfolio, co-creating new product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver structured, executive-ready communications — including weekly updates, risk registers, and post-launch insights.
  • Own and maintain the account plan and product roadmap to ensure short-term success and long-term strategic growth.
  • Define KPIs, measure performance, and deliver insights that demonstrate ROI and inform future product direction.
  • Support commercial leads with scoping, pricing frameworks, change controls, and budget tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate internal teams across Product, Engineering, Creative, Data, and Leadership to ensure flawless execution.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders by clarifying requirements, removing blockers, and maintaining consistent delivery against client expectations.

Education, Experience and Training

  • 4–6+ years of progressive experience in account management, product delivery, or client services, ideally in technology-driven environments.
  • Experience in Web3, AdTech, MarTech, FinTech, or loyalty programs preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead the full lifecycle of client Statements of Work.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled collaborator across Product, Engineering, Creative, Data, and Commercial teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
