As a Senior Account Delivery Manager (Sr. ADM) at SmartMedia Technologies (SMT), you will sit at the intersection of product delivery, client engagement, and strategic execution for one of our most important enterprise accounts. This hybrid role blends program management, strategic account leadership, and product strategy, with a core emphasis on Benefits & Offers within the Retail Banking and Consumer Card Payment Services (Loyalty) ecosystem.
You’ll own the account plan and product roadmap, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for the client while orchestrating internal teams across Product, Engineering, Creative, and Data. This role demands a leader who can think strategically, execute with precision, and translate complex client needs into scalable, data-driven product outcomes that drive loyalty and engagement.
