Job summary

Buzz Bingo is seeking a 3rd line IT Operations professional to maintain and optimise Microsoft SQL databases across our UK environments. You will work with Database Developers, Platforms, Networks and Project teams to deliver robust DB services.

Responsibilities include backups, security, performance tuning, ETL deployment and incident resolution, while mentoring peers and driving operational excellence in line with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SQL Server backups and recovery models.
• Maintains secure database access and permissions.
• Tunes DB performance and conducts routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide third line database support and maintain a robust DB environment.
• Lead deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of database technologies.
• Mentor colleagues and maintain documentation.
