Concentric’s Embedded team (SPS Global) in Kensington, London is looking for a Residential Security Officer (SO) to protect a high net worth residential property.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Residential Security Officer is an operationally focused role that requires the officer to remain awake and alert for the duration of their shift, provide immediate response when necessary, and meet all client expectations on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily duties to the highest professional standards.
• Maintain awareness of future planning requirements.
• React quickly and professionally to all emergencies and incidents.
• Ensure that all client operations are managed in accordance with SOPs.
• Document any deviations from SOPs and report to the operations centre.
• Document all incidents and update GRC.
• Provide an accurate and timely written report after any incident.
• Assist with implementing changes at the premises as directed by management.
• Ensure your SIA Licence remains up to date.

DUTIES

• Provide a constant security presence throughout each shift.
• Arrive punctually and correctly dressed at the appointment of duty.
• Report daily to the GRC.
• Remain at the appointed place of duty except during normal shift change over with proper authorization.
• Control all access and egress onto and away from the property.
• Monitor and react to situations highlighted by CCTV.
• Record the issue and return of property keys and security fobs.
• Maintain accurate records of contractors, visitors, and deliveries.
• Discretely monitor residents to ensure their safety.
• Answer telephone enquiries if part of the task role.
• Conduct and document all patrols as stipulated within SOPs.
• Make and receive all check calls as directed.
• Send a daily report after completion of the day shift.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Regular patrol of premises.
• Assist the client if injured or requires evacuation.
• Walk and manage dogs.
• Assist with heavy deliveries.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Legally able to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
• Live within daily commuting distance of Kensington, London (no accommodation supplied).
• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• First aid at work qualification.
• Valid driving licence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Military or police experience.
• Higher first aid qualifications (FREC).
