• Proven experience with UK and offshore retailers, suppliers or manufacturers in product technical & quality standards.
• Strong technical knowledge in sports and performance wear product lifecycle from testing to supply chain management.
• Knowledge of product testing for technical and legal standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and objectively.
• Strong work ethic with integrity.
• Effective problem-solver and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support the sportswear department in optimizing product development and quality assurance.
• Assist in sourcing and technical strategy to deliver high-quality products.
• Drive the use of 3D and AI tools for expedited product development.
• Support sourcing processes to meet technical strategy and business KPIs.
• Implement best practices for consistency in fit approvals.
• Collaborate with offshore technical teams to better manage the supply chain.
• Enhance supplier capabilities to ensure quality in the right factory.
• Monitor departmental and supplier KPIs for quality delivery.
• Lead initiatives for consistent quality, speed to market, and cost savings.
• Seek innovations in sportswear and manufacturing.
