We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sports Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and support our clients in their recovery, performance, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality sports therapy to clients, tailored to individual needs and treatment goals.
• Be trained in: Injury assessment & diagnosis, Functional movement screening (FMS), Musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation, Injury prevention strategies, Postural assessment. Assess clients' physical condition and develop personalized therapy protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other therapists and wellness professionals to design holistic care plans.
• Educate clients on self-care, injury prevention, and mobility techniques.
• Maintain detailed treatment notes and client records.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all therapy practices.
• Contribute to a peaceful and therapeutic environment that reflects Modern and Ancient holistic values.
• Demonstrate skills in Treatment & Intervention Terminology: Soft tissue therapy, Myofascial release, Joint mobilisations, Trigger point therapy, Deep tissue massage.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification or equivalent in Sports Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a similar role with supervisory experience.
• Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent manual therapy skills including deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respect for and interest in other complementary therapies (training provided if needed).
• NB: Priority will be given to those candidates who have any additional certifications on physiotherapy or advanced physiotherapy.
