Responsibilities
  • Supporting students through 1:1 and small‑group coaching sessions that promote confidence, teamwork, and wellbeing.
  • Starting each day with a calm morning check‑in to set a positive tone.
  • Encouraging independence and self‑reflection — whether that's helping prepare breakfast or choosing a meaningful activity.
  • Joining in with a range of activities, from team sports and outdoor walks to mindfulness and creative sessions.
  • Building trusting relationships through patience, consistency, and care.
  • Celebrating small successes and helping students navigate challenges with empathy and encouragement.
What You'll Gain
  • A supportive, close‑knit team who value kindness, communication, and collaboration.
  • A beautiful, peaceful working environment within a vibrant sports community.
  • Regular professional development and reflective practice opportunities.
  • Access to high‑quality facilities and off‑site wellbeing activities.
  • Free training, including Team Teach certification.
  • A genuine pathway to grow within a nurturing, values‑led team.

  • A passion for helping young people rebuild confidence and find joy through movement.
