Job summary

Creative Artists Agency is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong numerical and analytical background and a passion for sport. You will conduct market research, build financial and commercial models in Excel, and prepare client reports and presentations.

The role involves collaborating with senior teams, supporting project planning, stakeholder workshops, and business development efforts across international mandates. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to travel are expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, benchmarking and data analysis across venues, events, leagues and federations, with clear insights.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial and commercial models (e.g. venue feasibility, revenue forecasts, business cases).
• Draft sections of client reports and presentations in PowerPoint to a high standard.
• Contribute to team problem-solving and the development of recommendations.
• Help prepare and run stakeholder interviews, workshops and client meetings.
• Build productive day-to-day relationships with client team members.
• Support project planning and workstream management.
• Support business development (proposals, credentials, market scans) and internal firm-building initiatives.
