A leading leisure company is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team at their leisure centre. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring customer safety, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should hold a valid NPLQ and First Aid certificate, with customer-focused skills. Hours of work: Seasonal Contract - Variable hours
Salary: £12.95 Per Hour - Paid weekly!
We are looking for dynamic, determined, enthusiastic people who thrive in providing memorable guest experiences and want to be part of developing the Leisure team in supervising, controlling and ensuring the safety of customers at all times in the centre, but in particular the swimming pool environment and to provide the highest standard of customer service to all users of the centre.

Your role will be to assist in operating the leisure centre to achieve maximum sales whilst keeping the customer experience intact by having motivated and skilled staff who deliver a delightful customer experience and excellent levels of cleanliness.
In partnership with the Leisure Manager, Leisure Duty Manager and other team leaders you will;

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
