A sports education organization in Blackburn is seeking passionate individuals to deliver engaging sports lessons in primary schools. This role is ideal for those with a sports background who want to gain valuable teaching experience. You will receive training and support from Junior Jam while managing a classroom and delivering lessons. A clean DBS, coaching certificate, and a driving license are required. This position offers competitive pay and continuous support.

Qualifications

• Level 1 coaching certificate is necessary.
• Must hold a Clean and Enhanced DBS.
• Previous experience working with primary school children is desirable.
• Prior teaching in a primary school or with primary-age children is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging sports lessons to primary school students.
• Assist in a classroom with support from Junior Jam.
• Receive ongoing training and resources for teaching.
• Work with dedicated management to provide quality lessons and continuity.

• Monday 8.50-3.20, Tuesday 9.00-11.45 & Thursday 8.45-4.10

Whether you have experience in sports coaching or have a sports background Junior Jam are looking for you.

Junior Jam have the pleasure of delivering PPA into hundreds of schools across the UK. We are always looking for dedicated and passionate people, with backgrounds, and education in Sports or Physical education to join our team of teachers. For this role we do not ask that you have a teaching degree although some experience teaching would be beneficial.

For the candidate we hire this role provides a way into teaching and gives valuable experience leading classroom. When you go into a classroom, with full support from Junior Jam, you take on the role of a classroom teacher. Delivering wide variety of engaging sports subjects for the academic year and longer. Junior Jam always offers full training provided for all subject areas.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 1 coaching certificate in other.
• A Clean and Enhanced DBS.
• A driving licence and your own transport.
• Previous experience teaching in a primary school ( or to primary school ages)
