  • Have experience coaching or delivering sport to children or young people (in schools, clubs, or community settings) with SEN needs.
  • Be passionate about the benefits of physical activity for wellbeing, confidence, and learning.
  • Be patient, adaptable, and positive, with a genuine desire to support children with additional needs.
  • Have experience or a keen interest in working within a special needs or inclusive education setting.
  • Be a team player who contributes to the wider life of the school.

This position would suit a HLTA with a background in Sports and SEN or an unqualified PE Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in education, youth work, or SEN support. Full training and ongoing professional development are provided.
