Smile Education is partnering with a leading secondary school near Loughborough to welcome dynamic cover supervisors/sports coaches to their team starting after Christmas, Jan 2026. If you're passionate about inspiring young minds through movement, fitness, and creative expression, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Sports Coach/Cover Supervisor, you will lead engaging PE and core curriculum sessions, delivering pre‑planned lessons that align with the curriculum. Your role is to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, keeping students motivated while ensuring high levels of participation and classroom management. You may also be asked to cover general subject lessons, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in their learning.

The ideal candidate will have:
