🏅 Sports Coach - Hartlepool & Teesside 🏅

CER Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coaches to work across primary and secondary schools in Hartlepool and Teesside. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people through sport, physical activity and positive engagement.

We offer full-time, part-time and flexible roles to suit your availability, with opportunities for both small-group support and 1 : 1 mentoring with pupils who benefit from additional guidance.

The Role

As a Sports Coach with CER Education, you will :

  • Support pupils across Primary and Secondary settings
  • Lead and assist with sports sessions, PE lessons and physical activities
  • Work with pupils 1 : 1 and in small groups to improve confidence, behaviour and participation
  • Help create a positive, motivating environment for all students
  • Work closely with school staff to ensure consistency and support
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children or young people (essential)
  • A passion for sport, activity and supporting pupil development
  • Ability to build strong relationships and motivate learners
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to making a positive impact
  • Experience in coaching, youth work, mentoring or teaching assistant roles is highly desirable
