An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Sports Coach to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) based in Knowsley. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about sports and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
The PRU provides support for students who have experienced challenges in mainstream education, often resulting in exclusion. These young people need a positive role model who can engage them in sports and physical activities, helping them to build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and foster a love for learning through physical education.
The successful candidate will have experience working in similar settings and an understanding of the unique challenges that may arise. They will demonstrate resilience, patience, and empathy, enabling them to build trust and break down barriers to learning. A proven ability to form strong relationships with young people and inspire them to reach their potential is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
