A leading educational institution is seeking part-time Sports Centre Receptionists to join their team in Nottingham. The role includes taking bookings, managing memberships, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have prior experience in a similar customer-focused position. A hybrid working arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Location – University Park
Salary – £24,084 to £24, annum pro‑rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

As part of this programme, two part‑time positions are available for a Sports Centre Receptionist to join our front of house team at the Jubilee Sports Centre.
Post 1 (28.5 hrs) – Saturday & Sunday: 7:45 am – 3:15 pm
Monday & Tuesday: 2:30 pm – 10:45 pm
Post 2 (14.25 hrs) – Friday: 6:45 am – 3:00 pm
Sunday: 2:45 pm – 10:15 pm
Excellent communication and customer care skills, together with a pro‑active approach to tasks and attention to detail are therefore essential.
