We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sports Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. This includes managing our swimming pool, gym, group fitness sessions, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all users - from students and staff to members of the public. Clifton College Sports Centre is a well-established and thriving part of the local sport and leisure community. With over 900 members, as well as serving our pupils, staff, and their families, we offer a busy and welcoming environment for fitness and wellbeing. The centre also hosts a wide range of community groups, clubs, and College events.
You will lead and support a team of dedicated staff, ensuring excellent service and the highest standards of safety, safeguarding, and compliance. A key part of the role will be planning and developing our commercial operations to grow membership and revenue, while effectively managing costs.
