Job summary

Nescot is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our reception and sports facility team. You will answer telephone enquiries, take bookings, operate the computer booking system, and help with gym inductions and fitness classes.

You will also set up and take down equipment, open up and lock up the building, and supervise sports fields to keep activities running smoothly. A first aid or sports/gym qualification is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in Sport and/or sport coaching.
• First aid qualification is desirable but not essential.
• A sports or gym qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties: Answering telephone enquiries, taking bookings, using the booking system.
• Set up and take down equipment, carry out gym inductions, fitness classes, gym opening.
• Open up/lock up the building.
• Supervise sports field.
