Overview

In this role, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to our innovative Sports and PE teams, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations and helping us deliver an excellent experience for pupils, colleagues and parents. From maintaining records and preparing documents, to coordinating communication and supporting school events, you'll play a key part in keeping everything running efficiently. You'll work primarily within the Sports department while also supporting the wider administration team when needed, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative service across the whole school.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Sports department and wider school administration.
  • Maintain records, prepare documents, coordinate communication and support school events.
  • Assist with coordinating communication and supporting events for the Sports department.
Qualifications
  • Strong IT skills and confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Calm, professional approach with great communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across the school.
Contract Details

Fixed term until 31 August 2026, full time, 21 hours per week between Monday – Friday (08:00 – 16:00) with flexible start and finish times. Term time only plus 10 days to be worked outside term time (including 5 INSET days). Salary: £12,882.32 per annum based on term-time only plus 10 days.
