A leading sports organization in the UK is seeking a passionate Sport Developer to coordinate regional cycling activities. This role involves supporting clubs, increasing participation, and enhancing event capacity. Candidates should have a strong background in sports development and excellent interpersonal skills. Competitive salary and generous benefits are offered, with travel required across the region.
Role Title: Sport Developer - Regional Role (2 Roles)
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (occasional evenings and weekends required + travel to National Cycling Centre for Team Meetings & other National locations)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sport Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of our sporting pathway in the Regions. This role is pivotal in sustaining, developing, and growing the sport of cycling by supporting clubs, events, and volunteers. You will be a key ambassador for British Cycling, working collaboratively with stakeholders to embed best practices and drive participation.
