Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Partnership Sales Manager in Greater London to drive new sponsorship revenue across shirt, training kit, sleeve, global and regional partnerships. You will source prospects, craft tailored proposals and negotiate rights through to signature, working with the Commercial (Sponsorship) team.

You will engage senior executives, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor direct reports while collaborating with agencies and club stakeholders to maximise asset

Qualifications

• Proven success in sponsorship sales and revenue generation.
• Strong ability to engage senior level executives and shape customized proposals.
• Experience negotiating rights, budgets and contracts across multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Source, assess and engage new sponsorship prospects through personal contacts, club channels, agencies and networks.
• Craft sales presentations and tailored proposals for each brand.
• Determine rights, budget and assets; coordinate with PMO, Insights, Digital Marketing and Activation teams.
• Perform due diligence on reputational, legal and financial aspects.
• Engage stakeholders across the club to ensure viability of partnerships and cross-brand opportunities.
• Negotiate rights subject to approvals and coordinate with finance and legal for contract signature.
• Maintain dialogue with brands when progress slows to keep future opportunities open.
• Collaborate with Partnerships Activation for onboarding and ongoing delivery of rights.
• Support external agencies (SportFive, CSM) as required.
• Develop and mentor direct reports and assist the broader Sponsorship Sales team.
