Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Speech Pathologist to relocate to Parramatta, NSW. You will deliver therapy to children and adults with disabilities across clinics, schools, homes, group homes, and via telehealth, joining a multi-disciplinary team.

The role offers a 9-day fortnight, 5 weeks annual leave, salary packaging up to $15,900 plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment, an annual PD allowance of $1,000, 13 days sick leave, 14 weeks maternity leave, and additional benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified Speech & Language Therapist.
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to paediatric, adolescent, and/or adult clients.
• Knowledge of strengths-based, family-centred approaches.
• Ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Aufgaben

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based therapy services to children and adults with disabilities.
• Manage a paediatric and mixed caseload with varied and complex needs.
• Use appropriate assessment tools to develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Provide therapy in clinics, schools, homes, group homes, and via telehealth.
• Contribute to the development of professional knowledge and skills within Speech Pathology.
