Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Speech & Language Therapist to join a well-established independent specialist day school in Warwickshire. The school provides high‑quality education for children and young people with autism, ADHD, speech, language and communication difficulties, sensory processing needs, and associated social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.

Main Duties
  • Complete detailed speech and language assessments for children and young people with diverse and complex needs.
  • Develop and deliver individual and group therapy plans aligned with EHCP outcomes and clinical priorities.
  • Support teaching and care teams to embed communication strategies throughout the school environment.
  • Contribute to multi‑disciplinary discussions, progress reviews, and goal planning.
  • Provide specialist training and guidance to staff and families to promote consistent communication support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional standards.
Requirements
