Ribbons and Reeves Limited is looking for an experienced, HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist SEN school in London. You will work with children and young people with diverse communication needs, within a multidisciplinary team, delivering targeted assessments and interventions from September 2026.

You will assess language and communication, develop therapy plans, support staff with strategies, and contribute to EHCP processes.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist is required.
• Relevant Speech and Language Therapy degree is essential.
• Experience with children or young people in SEND settings.
• Strong SEND knowledge and communication needs expertise.
• Experience supporting autism or complex needs is advantageous.
• Excellent assessment, intervention and reporting skills.
• Clear communication and multidisciplinary collaboration ability.
• Child-centered, patient and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Speech and Language Therapist HCPC Registered Specialist SEN School

A specialist SEN school in London is seeking an experienced and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist to work directly with children and young people with a range of communication, language, autism and complex SEND needs, helping pupils develop the skills they need to access education and build greater independence.

The Role

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, support staff and external professionals, you will provide specialist assessment, intervention and advice across the school.

You will:

• Assess pupils' speech, language, communication and interaction needs
• Develop and deliver individual and group therapy programmes

• Contribute to EHCP assessments, reviews and outcomes
• Support pupils with expressive/receptive language and social communication needs

About You

The successful candidate will have:
