Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage caseload of pre-school and school-age children with SLCN.
• Undertake assessments (standardised and non-standardised) considering medical, social and educational factors.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate interventions per guidelines and service standards; train staff and families.
• Produce long- and short-term goals and transfer of care when appropriate.
• Maintain case notes and write reports in line with service standards.
• Provide reports to support Education, Health and Care Plans and safeguarding.
