Job summary

OFG Education is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team at Hillingdon Grange, supporting students aged 3–14. You will deliver tailored SaLT assessments and interventions within an education setting, collaborating with education staff to maximise student independence and outcomes.

The role offers a permanent contract, 37.5 hours weekly, with a welcome bonus and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered and registered with the RCSLT.
• Some knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice.
• Some experience of multi-disciplinary working in a range of settings.
• Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to students.
• Work within the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working with the education team.
• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with support from a clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Support safeguarding and promote student independence in line with school objectives.
