Job summary

KT Healthcare is a private healthcare provider specialising in neurodevelopmental and therapeutic services. We seek a Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and support children, young people and adults with complex communication needs across Buckinghamshire.

The role involves assessing, planning and delivering bespoke therapy programmes in educational, community and home settings, collaborating with families and professionals to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified SLT with HCPC registration and UK practice.
• Demonstrated experience with complex communication needs.
• Strong assessment, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver bespoke therapy programmes for individuals with complex speech, language and communication needs.
• Collaborate with families, education staff and other professionals to ensure best outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions across educational, community and home settings.
