A healthcare provider in Guildford is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to support the SLP team with treatment goals for school-aged children and adults. Responsibilities include assisting in therapy sessions, documenting patient progress, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have a background in linguistics or language development and a Post Graduate Certificate in Communicative Disorders. This position offers competitive compensation and flexible hours.
As an Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at Monarch House you will support the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) team in progressing patient goals. You will work primarily with school aged children but may also work with pre-school children or adults. Interaction with patients and families may be virtual or face-to-face. You will follow the programming developed by the SLP and will be directly and indirectly supervised by the SLP on a regular basis.
Please note that we do not offer LMIA or independent contractor setup.
Employment setup: Part-time. Hourly.
Salary: From $23-25 / hr.
Work setting: Center-based in Guildford Surrey.
