Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Support children on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Conduct sessions to practice speech and language skills.
  • Document student progress and adjust techniques accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with children with speech, language and communication difficulties
Knowledge of social, emotional, and mental health needs
Awareness of additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, MLD and SEMH

Education
