About the School

An independent specialist school for children aged 5-11 with Autism is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) Assistant to join its growing team. The school recently achieved an Outstanding rating from Ofsted (July 2025) and is embarking on an exciting journey of expansion, with plans to grow into a multi-site provision. You'll be joining a collaborative therapy team that includes a Speech and Language Therapist and an Occupational Therapist.

The Role

As a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of communication-focused interventions for autistic children.
