  • Conduct specialist assessments of communication, both informal and formal.

  • Develop and implement autism assessment and intervention pathways.
  • Mentor parents, teaching staff, and other carers in communication skill-building.
  • Contribute to the development of communication training programmes and resources.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for students and less experienced staff.
  • Engage in practice development, evaluation, and research activities.
