Speech and Language Therapist Assessor
Salary: £39,576 - £45,830 (FTE)
Hours: Full time and Term time hours available
Location: Ullenwood (with travel to other sites as required)

About the role

As a Speech and Language Therapist Assessor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of learners with complex physical and learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity to use your clinical expertise to provide high‑quality pre‑entry therapy assessments, ensuring every prospective student receives the right support from day one. You'll bridge assessment and therapy, influencing personalised recommendations that transform lives while continuing to develop your own skills through occasional direct therapy delivery. Based at our Ullenwood campus, you'll also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our UK sites to make a lasting impact.

About you

You’ll bring your passion for person‑centred care and strong clinical knowledge to this rewarding role. You'll:

• Conduct functional and subjective assessments for prospective learners
• Collaborate with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech & language teams to create tailored recommendations
• Advise on therapy input, equipment needs, and support strategies
• Maintain clinical skills through occasional therapy deliveryWork closely with admissions and assessment teams to ensure holistic understanding of learner needs
• Travel to other sites as required to support assessments
