Job summary

Futura Learning Partnership is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, working across a large group of schools to support pupils with speech, language and communication needs and to develop staff expertise.

You will collaborate with school leaders, SENDCOs, families and external professionals to ensure high-quality, evidence-informed support that helps pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Experience of working with children and young people.
• Passionate about inclusion and improving life chances for pupils.
• Collaborative and evidence-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with speech, language and communication needs across multiple schools.
• Develop staff expertise and contribute to staff training.
