Your responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of autistic young people with complex needs
• Deliver assessments, therapy input, and regular reviews
• Implement the Prior's Court Communication Skills Programme to build functional communication
• Use clinical reasoning to identify individual communication strengths and needs
• Provide evidence‑based interventions in expression, understanding, social communication, and AAC
• Contribute to EHCP reviews through reports and progress updates
