Responsibilities
  • Conduct specialist assessments of communication, both informal and formal.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and deliver interventions.
  • Develop and implement autism assessment and intervention pathways.
  • Mentor parents, teaching staff, and other carers in communication skill‑building.
  • Contribute to the development of communication training programmes and resources.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for students and less experienced staff.
  • Engage in practice development, evaluation, and research activities.
Package and Benefits
  • Annual salary of £39,405 (negotiable, depending on experience).
  • Permanent, full‑time position with up to 37.5 hours per week.
