Experienced Speech and Language Therapist - SEN School, Kingston upon Thames

Contract :

Temporary (3 months, with potential to become permanent)

Pay Grade :

Band 6-7 (dependent on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Our friendly and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a dedicated SLT to join our multidisciplinary team this December.

About the Role :

Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children and young people with a range of communication and language needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored communication programmes.

Contribute to EHCP planning and reviews, and provide training and guidance to school staff and parents.

Manage your own caseload within a well-supported and resource-rich environment.

About You :

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC and RCSLT registration essential).

Experience working with children and young people with complex communication needs and / or autism.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students' communication development.
