You will be responsible for managing projects and client relationships to ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications

Job Overview

We are looking to identify an experienced HVAC specification BDM in the London area with excellent knowledge of the Commercial Ventilation (heat recovery units) and/or Heating solutions such as radiant panels, trench heaters etc. We are working for a Global manufacturer of ventilation and heating solutions whose roots go back more than 100 years. Their main objective is to become the best provider of Energy Efficient, Healthy and Comfortable indoor climate solutions.

You will already be working with the biggest names in M&E Consultancies and have a good list of contacts to enable you to hit the ground running. An excellent understanding of the relevant Building Regs (Ventilation) would be a huge advantage. You will be required to manage your time effectively through regular customer visits to ensure you are in total control of your projects and opportunities.

Our Client is a true market leader and as such we are specifically looking for people with the skillset listed above. All candidates that apply will have a screening interview with the agency before being submitted to our client, and a critical part of this conversation will require candidates to name their key M&E Consultancies that they have contact with in the London area.
