Commercial Specification Sales Manager – Floor & Wall Tiles.

Role Overview

The role involves field sales selling a manufactured range of wall and floor tiles such as ceramics, natural stone, hardwood, laminate, porcelain and other bathroom related products. The focus is on tier‑1 main contractors, regional developers, architects, interior designers and specifiers.

Responsibilities

• Sell to tier‑1 contractors, developers, specifiers, architects and interior designers.
• Target turnover of £300k in the first year.
• Develop new business relationships.

Qualifications

• Construction field / specification sales experience selling to tier‑1 contractors, developers, specifiers, architects and interior designers.
• IT literate.
• Customer‑focused, personable character with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Open to contractors/developers sales reps with no spec experience.
• Ideally from the tile or KBB industry but open.

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 – £55,000 per annum + 1% commission on all sales.

Benefits include travel expenses and a full benefits package.
