Altro is seeking a Specification Sales Consultant to join the North team, leveraging field sales experience to build strong relationships with architects and designers across the North Midlands, North Wales, the North West and Isle of Man. You will secure specifications for Altro floors, walls and resins and convert them into orders.

You will deliver CPD sessions and commercial presentations, both online and in person, and participate in networking events outside normal hours to grow the

• Experience in field sales within construction or related sectors preferred.
• Ability to present CPD content and commercial presentations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and building networks.

Responsibilities

Do you have previous field sales experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships?

Altro are recruiting for a Specification Sales Consultant to join our Altro Specification North team. The team consists of 11 team members. 2 X Social Care Key Account Managers, 2 X Leisure Retail and Hospitality Key Account Managers, 1 X Healthcare and Education Key Account Manager and 5 Specification Consultants covering architects, designers and end users from Worcester to Scotland.

What will you be doing?

The focus of the role is on gaining and converting specifications by building strong trusted relationships with architects and designers covering the North Midlands, North Wales and the North West & the Isle of Mann for the postcodes IM, FY, LA, BB, PR, BL, L, WN, WA, CH, LL, CW, ST, SY, TF, WS, WV, DY.

You will be responsible for securing Altro floors, walls and resins specifications with architects and designers on the territory and working closely with your teammates and other departments in the business to convert these specifications into orders.You will be confident and competent in delivering CPD’s, commercial presentations (online and in person) and attending networking events outside of normal working hours.
