Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a clinician to lead Palliative Medicine with a focus on day-to-day management of the Cynthia Spencer Hospice inpatient unit. The role offers experience in assessing and managing life-limiting illness within a multidisciplinary team.

The job will involve day to day management of an inpatient hospice unit and will provide experience in the assessment and management of people with a life limiting illness and consequent complex care needs. The post holder will practise and enhance knowledge and skills relevant to holistic care including symptom control, advanced communication skills, advance care planning, discharge planning and working within a multi-disciplinary team.
