Permanent, full time, 10 Programmed Activities per week plus on-call (part time may be considered)

South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust are recruiting for a Specialty Doctor to join the Memory Assessment and Support Service based at Summerlane Centre, Wombwell, Barnsley. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the care that they need and will be an integral role within the Memory Assessment and Support Service.

• Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
• Spent a minimum of four years (full time or equivalent) in postgraduate training in the UK or equivalent training, of which at least 2 years in psychiatry.
• At least 6 months experience in older adult psychiatry.
• In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice.
• Experience of working in Memory clinic, Care Home Liaison Team.
• Approved under S12 OR able to achieve within 6 months of appointment.
