Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine with CESR Support

We are recruiting for a Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine with CESR Support on behalf of an NHS Teaching Trust in Yorkshire. If you are interested or know someone who might be suitable, please contact us.

Our client is one of the largest and busiest Trusts in Yorkshire, providing comprehensive acute and specialist healthcare services to approximately 800,000 residents. The Trust has recently secured £40 million in funding to enhance facilities, including the creation of a Combined Emergency Assessment Unit, facilitating multidisciplinary staff collaboration in a modern assessment area.

The Emergency Department features include: a 3-bay resuscitation room with pediatric cubicles, five assessment bays, ten majors areas, and an Urgent Treatment Centre.

The role is primarily clinical but also offers opportunities for teaching and mentoring junior staff. The successful candidate will receive support for professional development, especially if considering CESR, with desirable qualifications including MRCEM or FCEM.

This is a permanent position with excellent CESR support, located in a scenic rural area with good transport links to Manchester and Leeds.
