Job summary

Qualifications

• Administer general, regional or combined anaesthesia.
• Undertake theatre and on-call duties.
• Perioperative care of patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.
• Knowledge of managing anaesthetic emergencies across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Cover High Dependency Unit and attend cardiac arrests and critically ill patients on the ward.
• Participate in inter-hospital transfer of the critically ill patients.
• Follow up patients in the postoperative period and develop regional anaesthesia skills.
