This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the care that they need and will be an integral role within the Acute Care Pathway Service. The Acute Care Pathway consists of the IHBT, 3 inpatient wards based at Fieldhead Hospital and the Psychiatry Liaison team based at Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield
