What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily ward rounds and manage respiratory patients.
  • Perform pleural procedures including drainage and aspiration.
  • Supervise junior doctors and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in outpatient clinics and develop advanced procedural skills.
  • Engage in CPD, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications and Eligibility
  • MBChB, MBBS or equivalent, preferably with MRCP.
  • Experience in respiratory medicine at registrar level.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead under pressure.
  • Commitment to personal development and teamwork.
  • Current right to work in the UK, subject to verification.
  • Eligibility for a Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, subject to salary and role criteria.
  • Will cover DBS check costs (standard or enhanced as required).
