Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning, communication and social development.
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with pupils.
• Work with small groups or individuals under teaching staff guidance.
• Create engaging, structured and positive learning experiences.
• Support emotional regulation and wellbeing of pupils.
• Help maintain a calm, safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with personal care and medical needs where trained.
• Deliver interventions and programmes under guidance; collaborate with staff and families.
• Support outdoor learning, enrichment and visits.
