Weekly hours: 38-48 hours across 5-6 days.

About the Role

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Tandoori dishes and specialities for a regional themed menu. You will also train and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare authentic high‑quality Indian curry dishes.
  • Develop new Tandoori recipes and maintain standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, sourcing, and quality control.
  • Lead and mentor commis and junior chefs.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and HACCP protocols.
Qualifications
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Technical knowledge of ingredients, sourcing, measuring, formulation.
  • Training from a world‑renowned culinary/hospitality institute.
  • Health & safety credentials and HACCP knowledge.
  • Resident within 1 hour commute of Dunfermline.
