Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care in Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care for clients with brain injuries and complex needs. You will work on 12-hour day and night shifts with weekly pay and comprehensive paid training.

Applicants with care experience are welcome, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required. We offer training and the chance to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK; we cannot offer sponsorships for overseas candidates.
• Experience in support or care is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful, person-centred support to individuals living with brain injuries, spinal injuries and other complex care needs.
• Build genuine relationships and deliver high-quality care with lasting impact.
• Support is based on individual needs and can include developing specialist skills.
