Specialist Success Associate – Maternity Cover (12 Months)

This is a 12-month maternity cover position based in our Dumfries office. The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Specialist Success Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing support via email, phone, and live chat. You’ll manage a defined customer group, triage inbound queries, and proactively engage to ensure satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top‑tier customer support across multiple channels.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships within a defined business area.
  • Triage and lift queries to appropriate teams.
  • Keep customers informed and updated on progress.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Participate in training to enhance product and business knowledge.
  • Stay current with product updates and internal communications.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent.
